How to Deposit Funds to EVEDEX from Another Exchange (Bybit, Binance, Bitget, OKX, and others)
After logging into the EVEDEX exchange, click the "Deposit" button on the right side of the trading terminal (or in the "Assets" tab in the top right corner of the screen).
A window with deposit methods will open. Select the "Transfer from another exchange" tab.
Select the network and token available for deposit, and carefully follow the instructions on the screen.
Please note: USDT or USDC in networks available for deposit is required for topping up. If you send another token or use a different network, the funds will be permanently lost, and the company will not be able to assist with their recovery.
How to Deposit Funds to EVEDEX from a Wallet
This method is used to make a deposit with USDT/USDC held in a wallet connected to the platform.
If you logged into the platform by connecting an external wallet (for example, MetaMask), the system will automatically offer to perform the transaction from that connected address. In the “From” field, you will see the address of your current wallet.
If you logged into the platform using an email instead of a wallet, the system will prompt you to connect an external wallet (such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) to complete the deposit. This allows you to use the assets stored in your external wallet to fund your account.
After logging into the EVEDEX exchange, click the "Deposit" button on the right side of the trading terminal (or in the "Assets" tab in the top right corner of the screen).
A window will appear where you need to select the From your wallet tab.
This method is designed for the quick transfer of your USDT from external networks (Arbitrum, ETH, BSC, etc.) to your smart account on the Eventum network.
Select the USDT token and the desired network available for deposit to add funds, and carefully follow the instructions on the screen.
Please note: Never transfer funds directly to the smart account address on networks other than EVENTUM.
Using a direct transfer (for example, sending directly via the Arbitrum network to the smart account address) will result in the permanent loss of funds. This address is intended exclusively for internal operations within L3 EVENTUM. The deposit must be made only through the exchange interface and according to the provided instructions.
Exchange coins from other chains
This method is the most universal. It allows you to make a deposit even if you do not have USDT. You can use any coin (ETH, BNB, BTC, etc.) in any popular network.
How it works depending on your connection type:
If you logged in by connecting your wallet (e.g., MetaMask): The system will automatically suggest making the exchange from this connected address. In the "From" field, you will see your current wallet address.
If you logged in via email (Social Login): The system will prompt you to connect an external wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) specifically for this deposit operation. This allows you to use your main assets to make a deposit.
To use this method:
Select "Exchange from other chains"
If necessary, connect your wallet.
Select the source asset: In the "Token in network" field, specify the coin you want to exchange (for example, ETH on the Ethereum network or BNB on the BSC network).
Check the receiving address: The address of your smart account on the Eventum network is automatically filled in the "To" field.
Amount: Enter the number of coins to exchange. The system will show the total amount of USDT that will be credited.
Exchange: Click the "Exchange" button and confirm the transaction in the connected wallet. The operation is powered by the rhino.fi service.
Important safety warning:Never use your smart account address for direct manual transfers from your wallet. A direct transfer to the smart account address on networks other than Eventum will lead to the permanent loss of your assets. The operation must be conducted only through the exchange interface using the "Exchange" button.
Depositing Funds to EVEDEX with a Card
This method allows you to buy cryptocurrency using a bank card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, or Google Pay and deposit it into your smart account.
After logging into the EVEDEX exchange, click the "Deposit" button in the top right corner.
A window will open where you need to select the "Buy with card" tab.
Select the fiat currency you want to pay with (e.g., USD or EUR), enter the purchase amount, and choose a payment service from the list (the system will suggest the best options based on the exchange rate).
Click "Pay via" to choose your preferred payment method.
Then click "Buy USDT" and follow the further instructions.
