EVEDEX is a hybrid-model, non-custodial exchange. Your EVEDEX smart account is fully controlled by you via your connected wallet. If you would like to delete your account and remove any associated data, please follow these steps:
Withdraw all remaining funds from your EVEDEX smart account back to your personal wallet.
Important: If you delete your account without withdrawing funds, they will remain inaccessible—locked on a smart contract that neither you nor EVEDEX can access.
Once you've withdrawn your funds, contact our Support team by using the Help and Support button on our website or emailing us at [email protected], and request account/data deletion. We will remove any off-chain data associated with your usage (e.g., support inquiries or optional settings) in compliance with platform policies.
