How to Report Bugs on iOS Devices

If you're using the EVEDEX app on IOS and notice a bug or malfunction, you can report it to help the EVEDEX team fix the issue.

1. Collect Basic Information

Before reporting, make sure you have the following details ready:

  • Your iOS version (Settings > General > About)

  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 14, iPad Pro)

  • The EVEDEX app version (open EVEDEX > Profile > About)

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or a screen recording if possible

To record your screen:

Go to Settings > Control Center, add Screen Recording, then swipe down and tap the record button before reproducing the issue.

2. Submit the Bug Report to EVEDEX

Once you’ve collected all details, email the report to:

Include the following in your message:

  • A short title (e.g., “Bug Report – iOS – Can’t switch network”)

  • Device model and iOS version

  • Steps to reproduce the bug

  • Any visual evidence (screenshots or screen recording)

  • Time and date the issue occurred

3. Optional: Report to Apple (if it's an iOS-level bug)

If you believe the issue is caused by iOS itself (not the app), you can report it to Apple using their Feedback Assistant:
