Google Chrome (Windows/macOS)
Open Chrome.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
In the pop-up, choose “All time” as the time range.
Check the boxes for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.”
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox (Windows/macOS)
Open Firefox.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
Select “Everything” in the time range.
Check Cookies and Cache.
Click OK.
Safari (macOS)
Open Safari.
Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
Click Manage Website Data.
Click Remove All > Remove Now.
To clear all cache:
Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced, enable "Show Develop menu".
Then click Develop > Empty Caches.
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Open Edge.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Choose All time as the time range.
Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Brave Browser
Open Brave.
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
Choose All time.
Select Cookies and Cached files.
Click Clear data.
After clearing cache and cookies, refresh evedex.com and try again. If issues continue, consider trying a different browser or contacting support at [email protected].
