How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Different Browsers

If EVEDEX isn’t loading properly or you're facing display issues, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can often solve the problem.

Google Chrome (Windows/macOS)

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).

  3. In the pop-up, choose “All time” as the time range.

  4. Check the boxes for “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.”

  5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox (Windows/macOS)

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).

  3. Select “Everything” in the time range.

  4. Check Cookies and Cache.

  5. Click OK.

Safari (macOS)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

  3. Click Manage Website Data.

  4. Click Remove All > Remove Now.

To clear all cache:

  • Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced, enable "Show Develop menu".

  • Then click Develop > Empty Caches.

Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

  3. Choose All time as the time range.

  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear now.

Brave Browser

  1. Open Brave.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose All time.

  4. Select Cookies and Cached files.

  5. Click Clear data.

After clearing cache and cookies, refresh evedex.com and try again. If issues continue, consider trying a different browser or contacting support at [email protected].
